Isnt this a photo of non-free art? Hangsna (talk) 20:50, 26 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This is a photo of a showroom which is fully permitted by the exhibitor. /--FrankieF (talk) 18:09, 27 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Since its still photos of art then i guess we need an OTRS from Andres Serrano? Or how do we solve this? /Hangsna (talk) 10:13, 28 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
At the press conference with Serano we received permission from the curators to use the images under CC license if they were part of an information context. /--FrankieF (talk) 02:14, 29 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
But CC 4 does not say that its only "part of an information context". By uploading it here anyone can use it for any purpose, including commercial. To me that sounds like he wanted "fair use" and that’s not OK on commons. Also, i dont know exactly what "curators" is but only the author can release his work free, i think? /Hangsna (talk) 08:17, 29 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, can we restrict the picture to use without further processing? It is an image of a photo in an exhibition. Not a photo that merely represents a work of art. /--FrankieF (talk) 07:40, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
